This video was dismissed immediately as I scrolled through looking for Real Estate’s latest single. Clever lads they are.
Their latest tune is the second release from their LP In Mind – which came out March 17th. It’s typically laid back and melodic from the New Jersey quintet who seem to be sticking to an established sound for their fourth studio album.
The song has a nice few nice hooks and harmonies that blend well with the nonchalant rhythm, but there’s possibly room for a bit more variation. I really like how the clean telecaster sound blends with the acoustic guitar. This track will definitely be a chill out favorite for the summer months to come.
